Dear the Lacuna, sorry yes, www.joineryworkshop.com are based in Manchester, Cheadle Heath and are sash window replacement and restoration specialists. We used them on our house once and have recommended them a few times. A very good service.

Thanks so much for replying, thought I was doing something wrong!. Have contacted a few companies including that one so it's good to know they come recommended. Just preparing myself for the cost.
