To cut a long story short, we had issues selling our house, have been renting for ages, have had a few purchases fall through and this one nearly broke down too. We are nearly there so I need some moral support!

We are moving too. Got everything crossed.

Thanks. It's lovely - quite a large modern house in nice spot and everyone in the family is getting what they want out of it. I hope it all goes to plan for you too!
