Are there any good ones?

Buyer pulled out. We are absolutely stuck, and need to go. Is there any anyone would recommend?

No. They value the house themselves and generally set the price between 15 and 30% below market rate. They also make various charges. Avoid.

If you want a quick sale, I would consider instructing rival estate agencies and offering a £500 bonus to the agent who secures a buyer (payable after exchange). That should help motivate them.

I have to work with some of these part exchange companies and agree 20-30% off is standard. I have a client whose house was worth £195k and they offered him £123k! Another £350 and were offered £270.

You would be better offering your own home and a reduced rate and still among money rather than pxchsnge.
