Our house is n the market, but we were informed yesterday by our MP that the government has committed to funding a readability study into building a bypass. Previous plans have shown it going right through my road, impact other houses on the road have previously been cpo'd or purchased under blight orders and then the scheme was cancelled.
Obviously my house is now worth pretty much bugger all. Can I serve a blight notice? Against who?
