we have used Ray Paginton, i certainlywould not recommend this company. Fitted windows at the beginning of 2013, still having problems with them, and even bigger problems getting hold of him to sort the problems out. The product is good, but let down by bad fitters and lack of quality control. Try IDM, you'll have no problems there!
