this house. I have loved it since being a kid, though have never been inside Grin.

It looks lovely. I think at the very least you should go and look around as an interested buyer :) are they having an open day?????

If I were rich, I'd buy a villa on a croatian island, and a ski chalet. Notwithstanding a lottery win, that's not going to happen Grin

iseenodust · 28/06/2013 15:14

I wouldn't make an appointment to view as a timewaster but an open day, that's different right?

Never been to the Croation islands. Recommended for a holiday then?

It looks gorgeous, OP, but does it flood? That would worry me.

Personally I have my eye on this in my dreams

Stealth Own aircraft hangar !!! I'm clearly not thinking big enough here. I don't think the mill floods.

LOL - I just want it for that staircase (and it's surroundings)

Oh yes day, totally different kettle of fish Wink.

Croatia fab for holidays. Mostly I like it for the sea, which is amazingly clear. I don't feel right if I've gone too long without a swim in the Adriatic....

North Cave! I lived near there when I was just a nipper! Lovely kitchen. Not sure about the gymnasium; maybe we could convert it to a drinking den...

Love the old mill house.

If I was extremely rich I would have my eye on this one www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-27571325.html

If would possibly buy this but I'd have to put in a lower offer to cover the costs of putting in a swimming pool so would probably go for this instead.

HandMini · 29/06/2013 07:45

I would buy any house that had a separate room for each of us and our two DDs

thaliablogs · 29/06/2013 07:51

I love the temperance house brugs but only 3 bedrooms in main house! For 4.5m I wish they'd fitted in another one.

katydid02 · 29/06/2013 09:49

I love the temperance house as well but agree on the bedrooms, plus think of the hassle with school places! Mind you, little Johnny could go to Eton I suppose.

Brugmansia · 29/06/2013 12:52

You could probably rejig the layout and make a fourth bedroom of of the master bedroom's ensuite and dressing room. It's the huge garden and massive open plan living area on the edge of zone 1 I like.
