Got the call at 9.30am and picked the keys up a while ago. Just waiting for dh to get home so we can go and have a look :) We are moving in on 11th July so have a while to get everything sorted.

We are now the proud owners of a bungalow! :)

Yep no probs. We viewed on 25th april, offered on 26th, offer accepted 29th. Survey was on 9th May, mortgage offer received 2 weeks later by us and broker but due to cock up didnt get to solicitor till end of may, searches etc all back first week june, exchanged on 11th june. Hope that helps. I chased everyone a lot to get done as quickly as poss as we wanted to be in by the summer hols.
