You have my sympathy, it happened to us in May, 2 days before exchange and a week before completion.

Luckily though, our buyers managed to find a new buyer the very next day so things can work out well in the end sometimes .

That's awful. Do you have a chain above you too?

Thanks for the sympathy. Have been busy at work all day bit now I am home I feel gutted.

We have about 4 above us and just one below now. I am hopeful that our buyers will get another buyer as their house sold in a week. But who knows what stage their buyer will be at.

I thought it was all going a bit too smoothly. I think I will sleep on it and ring EA in the morning. I suppose we could remarket our own property.....

I was just about to get the bloody boxes, saw the school last week,
