Broadband and TV Packages :D

I suspect this might be the wrong board, but couldn't figure out where to ask.

Can anyone recommend who we should go with/research further when we arrive for our broadband and satellite packages?

We're heavy on internet usage and would like a good variety of tv, we're not into sports so those channels won't be important, but we do like our series and movies (and cartoons for the kids).

Sky do good bundles and they are currently offering £100 marks and spencers vouchers to new customers but it ends in a few days. If you go for the entertainment package for tv and the medium option for internet its quite reasonable. Me and my bf compared sky to bt but sky came out on top. We couldn't get virgin as not in the area or something.

If you are in a virgin cable area, virgin are excellent for broadband v. Reliable & fast (I've heard this isn't always the case for their non cable areas) and deals can be done we are waiting to move to improve our package deal with them next month.
