Supposed to exchange contracts today, my buyer hasn't sent the signed contract to their solicitor, though I'm led to believe everything is okay and they will today. The whole chain is waiting. Give me hope we can still achieve fri completion. P'd off

Last time we moved, we exchanged and completed on moving day too.

Not good, started a driveway thread - any advice welcome :(

It can happen. My friend's took nearly six months to go through - she actually marched down to vendor's solicitor in the end the complain. It exchanged on the Monday and they completed on the Tuesday, after we all thought it was going to fall through!
