We got a discount for an early exchange, our first mortgage fell through due to the IFA not checking our credit reports and our new mortgage application is awaiting paperwork from HMRC that may take another week to arrive.
They've not sold anymore houses in the month this has all been going on and I'm worried it will all go wrong.
