Yay - another jealous one, am itching to move but we won't complete until the school holidays.

I thought the summer holidays was going to be a completely realistic time scale for us ......................... but as the weeks go on, I'm beginning to doubt whether this is achievable

We are lucky that there was no chain (we are FTBs and the owners were willing to move in with her daughter while they wait for their next purchase to go through). I pushed and pushed to get exchange by this date (our offer was accepted 6 weeks ago) as our mortgage deal runs out on 28th June. All parties were sick of the sound of my voice by week 2 I think ;)

No LIZS. We decided to stick with our ideal location. Compromise was it is a bungalow rather than a house but there is room to extend up and out :)
