I live in a stone-fronted, late Victorian house. At the moment, the door is painted red but it is too bright and primary. I am after a true red gloss paint but a bit more understated and elegant. I have heard Farrow & Ball gloss is not very good quality so I would welcome recommendations for other brands. Thanks.
