Can anyone recommend a soundproofing company in North London (or one who will do work in that area)?
We live in the upper maisonette of a Victorian terraced house. We also own the basement flat but let it out. There is no soundproofing between the properties and our tenants can hear a lot of noise from our upper ground floor - voices, footsteps, etc. Our dining room, kitchen and conservatory are on that level. We want to have our floor soundproofed; there isn't really the ceiling height to soundproof from below.
We intend to move and rent out both properties over the long term, so feel it is worth investing to resolve this problem now. Any advice would be very much appreciated.
