Battersea Estate Agent Needed - Who to use/Who to avoid?

We are considering selling our 3 bedroom flat on Battersea Park Road and would love some referrals of good estate agents that are both experienced in selling in this area and knowledgeable about the changes going on at Nine Elms and the power station and how they may affect our property value.

Any recommendations or advice on ones to avoid welcome too.

KFH were good for us but in SE Lon but they are in your area as well.

I'm in the same area as you were and completely confused about which agent to go with. The prices seem to have gone completely out of control here in the last 3 months.
