do John Lewis discount light fittings in sales?

Seen some lovely light fittings in John Lewis, but they are 400 each and would need 2. Am wondering if they get reduced during seasonal sales? Am wondering if like Laura Ashley I would be stupid to pay full price.

They do reduce some. I got some half price (£57 instead of £114 iirc). I guess it depends how new/popular the style is though?
