-In or within 7 miles of Shotley Bridge (co. Durham)
-500/month or less, preferably!

• some kind of garden/yard

-only need one bedroom so that's irrelevant. -preferably not in the middle of a terrace -something a bit rural preferred.

I have a feeling I'm going to struggle...

I don't need to find somewhere until mid July but if anyone could help me find my dream house I'd be eternally grateful! :-)

I am stuck in the house with chicken pox children and as there is nothing new in my area I would love to look at something new!

I live in the north east but don't know shotley bridge, there's not much on rightmove is there. Have you seen the one on prime location, a street called Riverside, right on the edge of the town, it's £495 pm for a 3 bed house with garden. In fact there seems to be a few on there that aren't on rm.

I've found one NorthPolo!!!!!! I'ms seeing it on Saturday and making my application - praying to God I get it. It's here! (Don't pinch it though!)
And no, Rightmove a bit rubbish at the mo - I will see if I can spot the one you mentioned.
