I've had 8 people round my house for viewings today

And there are some very, very strange people out there.

One didn't talk (at all), one was very elderly and in massive high heels (to visit a very old house with loads of stairs/wibbly bits/uneven flooring), one was buy to let (my house would really not suit buy to let), one stared at my boobs the entire time, one was 7 foot tall - to visit a teeny cottage where anyone over 5 ft 2 has to duck

I'm proper knackered now. People are really strange.

We had one viewer who wasn't in the house for 5 mins and said nothing... and then gave no feedback.

Odd as odd can be.

I'm guessing that 3 of those I showed round ( the normals) are going to offer tomorrow as there's no other houses on the market in this little area.

Now I get to shop for houses - there's only one I like and it's 4Ok overpriced.
