Just handed in our 28 days notice to the local authority for our current house. We hope to complete on 7th June - so we will essentially have 2 houses for 13 days or thereabouts.
I have had a phonecall from our housing officer asking if he can come round next week to do inspection 
whats the point in him coming round then when we will still have around 3wks left before we hand in our keys? Or do you think this will be a cursery look round and he will come back to us with what needs sorted/rectified before we move?
