Quickest completion

Can it be done in 3-4 weeks? Really?

For both our previous moves we've done it in 6 weeks.
First was no chain. Us Ptb, seller moving in with her partner.
Second was just a short chain.

I have heard of people doing it in 2 weeks. Probably depends on circumstances, chains, finance arrangements and solicitors.

Just over 5 weeks for a sale and purchase. No chain - we were in the middle. Buyer in rented and seller moving out (tomorrow!!)
