Recommend a lovely pale warm blue/green grey paint please

for my bedroom. I'm thinking Nordic stylee with warm whites and greys.
Preferably a Dulux or Crown but F&B if you must and I will get it mixed at B&Q

and for the colour with the name that makes DH wince

More helpfully perhaps, Dulux's Hebridean Mist is a lovely subtle blue/grey. We have it in our bedroom, and a paler shade on the kitchen cabinets.
