Hoping to be moving soon, contacted the housing association to ask about decoration. They want it in good decorative order.

What does that say to you?

No peeling wallpaper, no kids scribbles on painted walls.

Clean but not brand new decorative order (eg no peeling paint or wallpaper, reasonably modern and neutral colours and coverings, no discolouring fue to smoking, no stains or fingermarks etc).
