We are buying a new build and on one of the many forms we signed the salesperson had written
The options we were having cost £0. I asked why he hadn't written the price (some £8k) of what we had ordered and he told me it was normal to write nothing on the form now and then add it on at a later date.
Is this right? This is a well known house builder - should I ask the company who we are getting our mortgage from? I'm worried it might mean the house is not valued right. I don't want to mess up the sale but equally don't want to be left with overpriced house.
Anyone any experience of this?
