Hello, does anyone live in or know the Parkviews estate in Epsom? Your opinion would be much appreciated. We are living in Wimbledon at the moment and want to have more space for the coming baby. As I am pregnant, I would like somewhere to live that doesn't need work doing. The house we saw in parkviews looks nice. But one of our biggest concern is the estate is so close to the longmead estate. I understand the crime level is high there, what about parkviews, have there any crime happened? There are communal gardens, is there any anti-social behaviour specially in nice summer time?
