I would like a new sink and toilet installed in my shower room as those I currently have are looking really dated. So the job would probably be to remove current sink and toilet (unless I can get OH to remove to save costs) and install news ones. Seems pretty straightforward to me. I would get similar sizes etc to cut down on work. What do you think this would cost? Just labour costs and I would provide the new fittings.
