350k - 320k. We opted for a middle figure.

CuddyMum · 30/04/2013 12:47

Top £550k and bottom £440k. End up reducing it to £425k and accepted £402k - so pants really!

flow4 · 30/04/2013 13:36

Estate agents valued it 105-125. However, when I decided to let it rather than sell it, and had it valued properly to get an equity release mortgage, it was only valued at 95k.
Which was a bit of a shock.

The price we paying for house we are buying I believe is at the top of the valuation at £232k it is £27k more than any other house on this particular rd. Bottom valuation I believe is £218k.

fussychica · 30/04/2013 18:33

Our last (fabulous) house was valued at 300,000 Euros. Finally, sold it 2 years later for 175,000. Pants - what we originally paid but had spent 100,000 rebuilding & putting in a pool.
Bloody Spanish property market - still at least I've sold - more than many can say who are desperate to leaveSad.

ilikecooking · 30/04/2013 20:07

One agent from 6 miles away valued at £525k.

4 local agents (within 4 miles) all came in at £675k.

We put it on at that higher figure & were offered a whopping £750k.

That was all within the last 6 months.

hifi · 30/04/2013 20:31
