tiling quote - question please

I've been quoted £25 per square meter for tiling a kitchen floor (about 20sq meters). I've bought the tiles (33cm x 33cm) but the builder has said grout, adhesive and plywood are additional costs we have to pay. Does that sound about right? I've seen online quotes for £20-30 per sq meter but not sure about the additionals.

My hubby is a tiler, and yes, grout etc is extra... dont buy the cheaper DIY Stuff, if wont last. Go to a proper tile shop to get your grout adhesive etc... Ask if your builder goes to a proper tile shop and do they give him a discount? If so, could he get the bits for you?
