Does anyone have any ideas how much renovations would be likely to cost?
Ground floor rear extension across the back of property to create large kitchen with utility and downstairs loo.
Obv. Would need new kitchen too.
Possible above garage extension to creat fourth bedroom with ensuite.

Just trying to work out if it would be worthwhile looking at it.

I would say minimum £60k for the build and then sky is the limit with the interior.

Hmm, I was worried that would b the sort f figure to look at. There wouldn't be any financial benefit to it with that sort of costing.
