Flippin' hell, almost a grand for a Homebuyer report !

Have just had a quote in from the surveyor which brought tears to my eyes!

Is this normal for a 2 bed Victorian cottage in London zone 3?

Price was EX VAT !!!!!!

Please shout if you know anyone better/cheaper - we are buying in NE Ldn ... Help!!!

Try Andrew Youens in East London. We paid a lot less for a full structural survey and were happy with the quality of report.
