My husband and I are about to start building a house beside my parents. We put our house up for sale, thinking no one would be interested in the current climate, but it sold really quickly and we've made a bit of profit. Trouble is we haven't even started building. We'd love to save as much money as we can, so we could move in with my parents, but I'm worried it'll be too much. Our boys are 1 and 6. Considering renting or buying a mobile home. Any advice????
