My parents are thinking of spending about 8k on double glazing for a 4 bed 1950's detached 4 bed house worth about 230k.
My mum says that the windows need doing (about 30 years old) but they may move house in the next 5 years and were wondering whether anyone had any opinions on whether they would the investment would be reflected in the house price?
Any thoughts?
