which job first...boiler or electrics?

We have just bought a house which needs quite a bit doing (1930s semi, one previous owner!).

We are lucky enough to be staying with relatives so have the luxury of doing some work before moving in, however we'd like to do the essentials, move in, and then take our time with trickier chimney work, roof etc once we are in.

My question is, which should be done first - the full rewire or the new boiler/pipes/radiator work?

Any advice gratefully recieved

the boiler will need electricity, but the electricity won't need a boiler.

haha! thanks pigletjohn. i guess that answers my question then. (spot the house doing up beginner!)
