Just that really. We haven't exchanged contracts yet, but know some things that are / are not included. It would be nice to know about other things though!

we had to complete ours when the solicitor sent the pack of stuff to get started so it was quite early on in the process.

chase your solicitor, who needs to chase the other solicitor, who needs to send it to you or get the buyer to fill it in ASAP.

you can't exchange without it as you don't know exactly what you are buying.
