How do I go about renting a room in my house?

Hi there

Not sure if I'm in the right place to be honest but hoping you can help me.

I'm thinking about renting a room in my house and don't know where to start.

It's a nice double, recently decorated with an en-suite.

Would best suit a female professional who is around in the week and then not around at the weekend.

Do I approach local companies? Estate agents?

I hope you knowledgable lot can point me in the right direction.
