The man came yesterday to do the final measuring for the secondary glazing and the actual order is being faxed through now. There's an issue in the upstairs bedroom, the TV ariel has been fed through a hole in the frame of the sash window, where the new secondary glazing frame is going to be attatched to. The company that is fitting it for us ( not the people that are supplying the secondary glazing) have said basically that a section of the frame will be cut away because of the wire. I'm worried about the seal not being tight because of this. I thought the seal was all important with secondary glazing and noise reduction. The man said it would be fine, but I'm not so sure! Should we be panicking around trying to get the ariel moved (I'm assuming through our very thick wall?!
