RAL colours for aluminium powder-coated windows?

We're on the brink of placing a large order for new aluminium powder-coated windows for most rooms in our house, but can't agree on a colour, though it will be somewhere on the grey or grey/green spectrum. Masonry is painted white. DH wants to go for anthracite grey, but I prefer a lighter, silver or green grey colour.

Could anyone share which RAL colours they've gone for?

I use grey PCA windows a lot, mainly commercial projects but some domestic and I'm considering them for our next home.
I've used 7012, 7016, 7024, 7026, 7031 and tbh I like all of them. Each one was chosen by using RAL colour charts or paint chips next to the adjacent material samples.

I personally would choose a darker one and in the house we at looking at i'd be thinking of using 7026 with a bright brilliant White render.

Ah, that's very interesting, Wonky. Are you an architect? We've got metal samples of 7003, 7004, 7009, 7010, 7011, 7016 and 7042. DH certainly favours the darker shades of grey but I'm a little worried they'll make the house (a 1950s one by the way) look a bit austere/industrial. If I PM'd you a photo of the outside of the house, would you be kind enough to give me your opinion? Also, do you normally specify the same colour for both inside and outside the frames?

May I ask how much (roughly) they're costing? We'll have to do our house soon... I'm assuming this is double-glazed?

Montmarte - yes, double glazed. Costing in the region of £15K so a substantial investment!

I had Sensations Colours . They are extremely hard wearing and slightly textured .
I had desert grey which, in real life, is a warm grey with a hint of olive green/brown. I love it. I have white on the inside of the windows but the desert grey on the inside of all the bifold doors.

It is very close to. 7016 'anthracite' grey.
I am sure you already know but you must choose the colours from a RAL colour swatch and not from online.

I was looking for help online to see how true the RAL colour charts are to the actual powder coated windows. I am in the process of having a new house built and the roof tiles I have chosen are not in stock anywhere in the country. So I have had to choose darker grey roof tiles which means I have stopped the production of our windows! The RAL colour I had chosen was 7037 and have less than 24hrs to change the colour. I am interested in 7010 and as you have the swatch in metal please could you help?
