Badly fitted bamboo flooring.

We had bamboo fitted thoughout the downstairs of our house 2 years ago. The product itself is beautiful, and looks as good as new. The problem is, the person we hired did a not very good job of fitting it, so now it "moves" in places. What I mean is the boards in some areas are not lying flush, you can see gaps appearing. I can "stamp" them back into place, but they always move apart again after a few days. This doesn't happen everywhere but it's quite noticeable where it does happen. Has anyone had a similar problem with a floating floor, and if so, what did you do? There's no chance of getting the guy back who fiited it originally, don't want him back in my home.
