I am really annoyed about this... the ups and downs of house buying

So had an offer accepted on a house today after a week of negotiation. Only to find that the house has been relisted with another estate agent today.

So the house is now advertised with two estate agents, only one of which I am dealing with.

Why would the vendors even consider that when they had serious offers on the table?

Probably crossed over. Call the EA you are dealing with in the morning and ask them to liaise with vendor.
