car showroom type large glass windows/doors

We have a garage that we want to turn into a teenagers den. It wont have heating or anything plush , so we dont really need double/triple glazing or posh folding/sliding doors.
I wondered if we could use the glass doors that car showrooms have? You know the ones that open (slide?) so you can park new cars inside the showroom. Suppose they're safety glass, watertight and secure, but hoping that they'd be a cheaper option. I've googled but cant find anywhere selling commercial doors/windows.
Any ideas please?

The work will require building regulations approval.

Here is a guide to what you need to consider.

The garage is completly detached in the back garden. I'm only going to paint the existing concrete floor and whitewash the breeze block walls. I wanted glass doors to fit in the same garage door space. It isnt really going to be a 'habitable space', (pool table, beanbags) so I dont think it needs building regs or planning permission. ???

Commercial glass doors can be extremely expensive, I'm not sure it's the low cost option that you are thinking it will be. Car showrooms are generally of cheap construction but the glazing is expensive but considered worth it to show off the product.

If it's detatched and no heating then yes you are quite right.
