Architect in Surbiton/Kingston area??

We're planning a big project on our house which includes a loft conversion, adding conservatory etc. I know that some of this is within permitted development but we live in a conservation area so have been told by Kingston that we'll need planning permission. Hence needing an architect to help with ideas, drawing up plans and submitting them. Oh and we're also overseas right now - moving back to the UK in about 2 months. Thanks.
