How much would a plumber charge to change a toilet?

I have just seen a brand-new, white sparkling toilet at the tip, where I source a lot of our possessions . What do you think that a plumber would charge to remove the old grotty one and install it? (People outside London, please, so that I don't have a heart attack.)

£40 it cost me a week ago. Straight swap but with a longer extension pipe from the wall to the connection on the toilet.

shouldnt be more than £50 max
