Recommendation for listed building Architect in Westminster Borough

I am having my flat in London in a grade 2 listed building extended into the under pavement vaults and need a very good architect with good knowledge of planning regulations to help me with this. Would someone be able to recommend an architect whom they have used before on a grade 2 listed building within this borough as they need to be able to deliver the job without any errors. You could try Donal Insall Associates - they are historic building experts and I believe they've done previous projects in Westminster, so should be familiar with the borough.

Thanks to everyone who helped wih this, I've received planning permission although it was a lengthy process and a money pit (as this entire project looks likely to be). We need to work on getting building regulations clearance now.
