Recommendation for listed building Architect in Westminster Borough

I am having my flat in London in a grade 2 listed building extended into the under pavement vaults and need a very good architect with good knowledge of planning regulations to help me with this. Would someone be able to recommend an architect whom they have used before on a grade 2 listed building within this borough as they need to be able to deliver the job without any errors. Thanks for your help.

Hi

Desperate to know how you got on with this project and if you found someone good. Can you update us/me?

You could try Donal Insall Associates - they are historic building experts and I believe they've done previous projects in Westminster, so should be familiar with the borough.

Otherwise, might be worth seeing if the SPAB can reccomend anyone in your area? www.spab.org.uk or 020 7456 0916

Sorry westtwo haven't been on here, so missed your post. Hope my pm helped.

Thanks to everyone who helped wih this, I've received planning permission although it was a lengthy process and a money pit (as this entire project looks likely to be). We need to work on getting building regulations clearance now.
