DH wants to fit underfloor insulation in our hall and living room and I am feeling very negative about it! I think it will involve a lot of disruption and mess (he is planning on doing it) for very little benefit (house is oldish, but not cold, and roof and walls are already very well insulated. Plus we are having underlay and engineered wood put down which I think will be insulation enough.:)) I am willing to be converted though! Have you had it done and was it worth it? Any arguments, for or against, appreciated :)
