Linked garage questions

My DH told me to ask you lot - if there were two houses which were indentical but one had a garage that was linked to the next door garage - otherwise detached and the other house was completly detached what kind of difference in price do you think there should be - we are looking a new build and these are two opition

If they are truly totally identical, I would expect about 30K on a 200K house. But if they are not identical, I could imagine something like a good light orientation, or a better layout or bigger garden would make me buy the link detached one over the detached one, even if they were the same price. It wouldn't be a deal-breaker.
