Thank you MN kitchen designers! I love my new kitchen

I've have posted on here umpteen times in the past year, have lurked on numerous threads and trawled through old threads for advice on kitchen design and its paid off as I love my new kitchen. The best bits are all down to you and are:

  • dresser units with solid doors with things like the blender, coffee grinder etc all plugged in permanently but hidden and I can just pull them out when I want to use them and then tuck them away again. They make what used to be a palaver of lifting something down from a high shelf, finding the attachments etc a lot more straight forward
  • an under stairs cupboard with a space for the ironing board, iron, hoover, dustban & brush & e-mop thing as, again, they're easy to grab (especially as the hoover is plugged in) so easy to use. My kitchen is looking a lot cleaner and its not just new kitchen pride, its also due to the fact I can get to the cleaning stuff so easily
  • water softener. My hair is transformed & I don't have to spend ages cleaning the shower screens. Yes, it was ££££ but totally worth it for the transformation in my hair. And DD loves the bubbles in her bath.
  • planning, planning and more planning of every cupboard & drawer so everything actually has a home so it easier to tidy

Despite the buffing, I'm glad I went for black granite.

I'm sure there are more things that are due to you MNrrs but these are the ones I can think of off the top of my head. Thank you! Thanks to all

Sounds lovely! I went through one of the huge kitchen planning threads and made notes too so hope to be as happy by the end of the year.

We need pictures! It sounds lovely - I'd love my mixer, blender etc to be plugged in all the time but out of the way.
