Replacement kitchen door - match to existing cabinets?

I have ruined one of my kitchen cabinet doors, it was over a built in washer which overheated and melted the plastic laminate covering . It is in a flat we've just bought and the rest of the units are fine, but I'd really like to replace the one door.

Does anyone know where I'd look for an exact match? I've had a search online but I can only find suppliers who'd replace the whole set, and the design is distinctive enough that it'd look odd to get another generic white door. This is a photo I've found for the same units - anyone recognise them?

Did the door have a vinyl-foil wrap that peeled off when it got hot? This is a rather inferior construction (sorry) and the same will happen above a toaster or kettle, or if a cat scratches it.

However, if it has a hard plastic laminate coating, there is a good chance you can match it. Plastic laminates are made in an almost infinite variety of colours and textures, and there will probably be a Laminate supplier in or near your town who can match it. Take a drawer or small door in to compare to their samples. They might possibly offer a cutting service, or know someone who can relaminate your old door or a similar piece of chipboard. This sort of work is often done by shopfitters and hotel installers. You will be paying craftsmans rates and will probably have to buy a whole sheet of laminate.

Alternatively, you might like to swap the door with another unit more out of sight, or, if it is the same size as a wall unit, get a glass door or doors for the wall unit.

there is a company in england that do just doors for kitchens its on the internet but sorry i cant remember the name at the mo....they surpply different doors of colour design and sizes.

I used kitchen door workshop who were brilliant. Check out their website as they have loads of colours and designs so you might get lucky :)

Could you contact the previous owners and ask where it was bought from?
