I loathe wallpaper borders but the landlord is obsessed with putting some up. the house i think was never plastered so the wallpaper has to stay. the previous tenants children had ripped borders off and scribbled all other walls so he painted the walls cream (great, blank canvas, unobtrusive, as far as i'm concerned) but he is fixated on putting border back up where he can see the "seam" and the difference between the lower stripey half and top flowery half (even though they are all painted magnolia).
Is there such a thing as a plain magnolia border?
I need to find something before he does, he talking about "striking, mad looking, borders", I have seen the bits of borders that where up (they where hideous).
