I have Sandstone tiles in my kitchen, dining room and lounge area which my husband loves but I do not!!! My main issue is they never feel clean, especially with toddlers in the kitchen. We have compromised on having them some made to a high sheen so that they can be mopped more easily and I have heard that you can get a self levelling see-through thing you pour over the top which gives it a gloss topcoat (probably not the technical term!)..does anyone know anything about this. Also they are going to need a good clean first, we have tried brick acid, patio cleaner etc to no avail, does anyone have any tips? Thanks!
