I can't find any websites with journey times if you don't already know your destination! Any ideas?

Biggleswade? Nice market town in Bedfordshire.
I guess you want it to be commutable? I have 2 friends there that travel daily yo London.

PseudoBadger · 21/02/2013 22:32

Yes thanks, I'll look into Biggleswade. Dp needs to get to Hornsey and I need to get to Victoria (train then tube obvs). Dp somehow needs to get to the station twice a week without a car as he doesn't do anything useful like drive :o

this website is quite useful - you can't search by journey time but you can look at destinations per terminus with the info on journey times more easily available than doing searches on eg national rail or trainline.

PseudoBadger · 21/02/2013 22:33

Thanks Cassell, I'd seen that site in the past but forgotten it! I'll check it out :)

Ashford in Kent is 37 mins on the fast train to St Pancras, so just adjacent to Kings Cross.

Tweetinat · 21/02/2013 22:39

Royston on the fast commuter train (36 mins) and just over on non-commuter ones 42 and 52 mins iirc.
