I can only think of John Lewis, Habitat, Ikea and Heals and some of those are ridiculously expensive
thanks

iheartdusty · 21/02/2013 20:05

Rollergirl1 · 21/02/2013 20:30

I have a couple that I bought from Laura Ashley in the sales that were very reasonably priced.

MrsJamin · 21/02/2013 20:34

Dunelm Mill?

NotGoodNotBad · 21/02/2013 21:34

We got a lovely one from ebay! (new, like this but a different shape.) You never quite know what the quality will be like when buying online but it's lovely, thick, comfy and not expensive (compared to JL etc. anyway!)

eyestightshut · 21/02/2013 23:53

We got a huge rug 100% wool (9"x13") for our dining room from this lot iRugs.co.uk
I think it cost about £170 including postage from the States. Absolute bargain!

MrsJamin · 22/02/2013 07:08

Hush hush have rugs on sale at the moment hushhush.com/collection/340

Dolallytats · 22/02/2013 07:54

I bought one from Ebay and the one I have now is from Next.

HazzaB · 22/02/2013 17:11

I bought a great one from overstock.com. Also ships from the US but v bargainous and a huge choice.

BreadForMyBREADGUN · 22/02/2013 17:12

B&Q had some surprisingly nice ones recently

BertieBotts · 22/02/2013 17:12

Wilkos?

LaGuerta · 22/02/2013 17:20

Another vote for Achica. They will have rug sales on every week, you just need to keep an eye on their emails.

peeriebear · 22/02/2013 17:22

I love my big Ikea rug. It was £30 and looks like I have laid a lawn in the middle of my living room.

haggisaggis · 22/02/2013 17:22

Have bought 2 rugs recently - one from local furniture / carpet shop (same one as one we saw in John Lewis but about 2/3 of the price) and one from Dunhelm Mill.

THe first one is better quality but cost around £ 500 whereas the Dunhelm Mill one was around £ 200. Both 2m x 3m

agnesf · 22/02/2013 17:27

Probably not cheap but beautiful rugs and they contribute to the education of children of Indian rug makers can be found at Mala

Rhubarbgarden · 22/02/2013 22:13

I have an expensive one from Heals and a cheapo one from Ikea. The Ikea one is just as good, if not better quality.

If money was no object I'd like one from Anthropologie.

Littlemissexpecting · 23/02/2013 17:42

We needed a rug for our lounge and it was a nightmare! Eventually got one from John Lewis. The dining room rug is from ikea and just as good

fresh · 23/02/2013 17:47

Try here. Have used them several times, good service and a huge range.

BikeRunSki · 23/02/2013 17:53

The woollen mill down the road. Wink . Got a lovely sample they made foe Next for £30, a little while later saw it in Next for over £150!

ekat · 23/02/2013 18:00

Depends on your budget and what type you are after. We have several from www.therugswarehouse.co.uk .

ShotgunNotDoingThePans · 23/02/2013 18:03

TK Maxx/Home Sense is worth a look. I saw a Ralph Lauren one there a few months ago which was also on sale in John Lewis at the same time.
Think we've had a 100% wool one from Milan Direct which was bargainous. Will look for link.

Megglevache · 23/02/2013 18:04

rugseller
fab
quick
great range
cheapest Ive found.

ShotgunNotDoingThePans · 23/02/2013 18:08

Sorry must have been a one off.
You could always get a piece of coir/sisal and have it bound in a colour you want to customise your own. Think Capital Carpets do that.

headinhands · 23/02/2013 18:10

Lowering the tone dramatically here but The Range had an impressive, erm, range of rugs last weekend.
